We are looking a for Recruitment Service Manager. To manage a busy sector of the Company. To carry out all recruitment services to prospective candidates and working closely with our clients. Main Duties
Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement
Managing temporary and contract staff
Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice
Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities
Achieve monthly/weekly KPIs
Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
Ensuring your client's recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
Keeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment industry
Manage advertising
A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles
Experience in working in a compliance heavy role
Have an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary staffing.
Working with high volume workloads
Working with tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with clients at all levels
The ability to work under pressure
Being able to 24/7 on emergency call for the division
Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee database
Qualification’s Skills and Experience
Good levels of education
Computer literate
Excellent marketing skills
Previous experience of managing a recruitment desk
Experience in managing staff
Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
Must have clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
